                 To receive the latest version of DSD 1.14 and
                 the Link Database, download and  install the 
                 "ConfigEd and Link Database Update" files from 
                 this Website.
                 This will update the Link Database.

                 Then modem into the Manager Server to receive DSD.

              DSD 1.14 and the associated Database  
                was released on 22 May 2002.
